Events and Partnership Marketing Coordinator

Our marketing team is growing. We are seeking a creative and task oriented individual who can help better position SalesIntel with our events and partnership marketing efforts. This position will report to the marketing manager and support our (web-related) events as well as our partnerships. The preferred job candidate must have a positive attitude, exceptional communication editing skills, experience with marketing coordination, project management and social media techniques. Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, WordPress and Salesforce is a plus. The coordinator will not be required to travel for the foreseeable future.

Job Description & Duties:

  • Execute through weekly email content generation, social media integration, and blog maintenance
  • Maintain a centralized partnership management database
  • Edit and possibly write a variety of content to support communications and marketing efforts, including emails, blog content, website copy, PDF copy and event messaging
  • Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of partnerships and events
  • Maintain and fill the partner co-marketing and event related calendar
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders regarding event and partnership opportunities, materials and web related activities
  • Learn and help with partnership agreements and occasionally contribute to the agreement writing process
  • Seek new partners and events for SalesIntel to engage with
  • Identify events for business development leadership efforts with other businesses
  • Identify trends by researching industry and related events and make recommendations as to if we should attend or not
  • Responsible for other marketing activities as assigned by marketing leadership
  • This position will report directly to the marketing manager among other key stakeholders such as the VP of Partnerships within the organization
  • Experience in project management is a plus

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, and/or events
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and multi-task in a busy environment
  • Must be strong with grammar and copy editing
  • Strong execution skills to anticipate needs, keep projects on track
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferably available to work in US eastern time zone OR provide 4-6 hours of overlap
